We understand online shopping can be tricky. We recommend that you read the description, view the images, and use the size guide to ensure you get the product you want. We are not required by law to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase.
Food and treats
Our philosophy is simple yet powerful. We believe in the power of nature. Raw Muttz delivers only the highest quality, naturally sourced dog food. We stand by our products with a 100% happiness guarantee. We are confident that your dog will love our food and if they don't, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original form of payment.
Non-food products
Products that aren't food can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in as new condition and with tags attached. We are happy to exchange products for different sizes if we have these in stock - this excludes sale products. Return costs are at the expense of the customer - this includes delivery costs back to Raw Muttz and the shipping costs to send the exchanged item back to you.
Faulty or damaged products
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you believe your parcel was damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Please retain the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the cost of the item and postage from the shipping company.
